Femto-photography is a term describing ultra high speed imaging. Femto-photography of macroscopic objects was first done by a team at the MIT Media Lab lead by Ramesh Raskar. Before that the term has at least been used for certain proposed experimental procedures in experimental nuclear physics.
In their publications Raskar’s team claims to be able to capture exposures so short that light only traverses 0.6 mm (Equal to only a few picoseconds, or thousands of femtoseconds) during one exposure by combining available high end research equipment and sophisticated sampling algorithms. Raskar presented his team’s feat during TEDGlobal 2012, reaching a wider audience through viral video.

The second version (third in a way) of the low-cost tablet meant for students, which never seems to reach the students, was announced at a press event earlier today. Dubbed as Aakash 2, the tablet will be sold to students across India for a subsidized price of INR 1132.
Aakash 2 features a 1GHz processor, Android 4.0, seven-inch capacitive display and will give four hours of battery backup.
Many of us might have old desktops at home which we will be using for watching movies, playing songs and working on some low end applications. Because our Old Desktops configuration probably would be a Intel p4 or a Intel Pentium D or an older version of AMD, also that the RAM would be around typically 512MB.
But still we use them for our daily use because the resale value of them in the market is very less as Electronic Devices are growing very fast and we are able to get high end devices at a lower cost so who wants to buy an Old Desktop PC. Now-a-days many of us are using Wi-Fi at home and because our Old PC’s typically don’t have a wireless capability built into it, we face difficulty to connect our Mobile Devices, laptops to our Desktop PC. NASA has come up with a concept to make public aware of the fact that the International Space Station (ISS) can be easily spotted by public in the sky and have an outstanding experience. They say that the space station is clearly visible and appears to be bright enough to be seen.
