If dual-SIM phones were a requirement and tripple-SIM phones an unnecessary extension to the concept of multi-SIM, what would you say about a quad-SIM phone? Yes, OTECH has introduced a quad-SIM phone which supports four SIM cards and runs them simultaneously….

OTECH F1 is the first mobile having 4 sim cards

The picture above shows four SIM card slots along with four signal strength indicators, all of them active at the same time.

Apart from the quad-sim, this phone has a BlackBerry style QWERTY phone and flaunts a 2.4” touchscreen.

It also has a built-in TV receiver along with FM radio and Bluetooth.

Data connectivity options are limited to GPRS, no 3G support. A label next to the camera lense at the back reads ’12.1′ which seems less likely. VGA or a few megapixel camera seems more likely on this device.
